Woman In Serious Condition After Balcony Fall In East Perth

A woman has been rushed to hospital after falling from a fifth-floor apartment balcony in East Perth this morning.

Emergency services attended the building next to Aldernay services apartments on Hay Street at approximately 3am.

The woman, believed to be 21, sustained multiple injuries after landing on a ledge above the ground. 

A police spokesperson has said that the fall is not being treated as suspicious.

The woman is in a serious condition.
