Woman Sustains Head Injury after being Hit by Vehicle in Newtown

A woman has reportedly sustained a head and leg injury after she was hit by a vehicle in Newtown yesterday afternoon.

The Chronicle reports that the accident happened around 3:25pm near the intersection of West & Taylor Streets.

The woman was treated at the scene for head and leg injuries before she transported in a stable condition to Toowoomba Hospital.
