An old Pizza Hut menu from the 1970’s has resurfaced online and it’s certainly a trip down memory lane.

A ‘Mozzarella pizza’ (or Margherita as it’s commonly known now) would break the bank costing a whole $1.05 for a small or add an extra 75c for a large pizza.

In fact, the most you would pay for a pizza is $2.70 for a large Supreme.

Pizzas at the franchise currently can cost anywhere between $7.95 and $19.95.

However, the most interesting find in this throwback is the price of alcohol.

A beer would only set you back …. 25c …. YES, 25c.

You can even grab a whole bottle of wine for just $2!

It's all perspective though, especially during the 1970's when you could buy a loaf of bread, litre of milk and the newspaper for under $1 and still spare some change.
