Carl's Jr has confirmed its first launch in Victoria will be south-west of the city.
The huge American burger joint will first open in Victoria in the suburb of Williams Landing, pegged for a September launch.
The fast food chain is planning three restaurants to open this year, as well as 35 all up.
CKE Restaurants president Ned Lyerly, whose company owns Carl's Jr, said the company was thrilled to launch down under.
“We are thrilled to partner with CJ’s Victoria to bring our fresh-to-order handmade American classic menu items, vibrant brand and warm, friendly service to Victoria,” he said in January.
Lyerly has previously been ambitious about the future of the fast food chain down under, seeing the "potential for more than 300 restaurants over the next decade".
Good news for burger lovers.
