A German triathlete has been banned from an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant after discovering they're policy of 'all-you-can-eat' may not be as definitive as first thought.

Jaroslav Bobrowski went to the Running Sushi restaurant in Landshut, and decided to fork out the €15.90 (about AUD$26) for the all-you-can-eat sushi buffet, but after smashing down his 100th piece of sushi, Bobrowski was asked to finish up and told to ship off form the restaurant.

JAROSLAV CHATS TO KENNEDY MOLLOY:

Local German report that when Bobrowski went to pay his bill and tip the workers, the waiter didn't accept the gesture, instead the owners informed him he was “banned from now on because I’m eating too much. I was stunned.

The owners are quoted in the same article as claiming Bobrowski "eats for five people. That is not normal."

Bobrowski, standing at only 172cm and weighing 79kg - which is impressive when thinking thinking how eat ate 100 pieces of sushi - has yet to state wether he plans on challenging the restaurants decision.
