Pizza lovers rejoice! The world’s best pizza has officially been awarded to a place right here in Sydney.
The World Pizza Championships have just been held and the Overall World Grand Championship is Verace Pizzeria in Macquarie Park!
“We are very proud to be so heavily awarded,” says Verace founder and owner Stefano Cirene.
“All of our Pizza Chefs have now won trophies at a world championship! It is an incredible honour to be rewarded for your passion!” concludes Stefano.
Verace Pizzeria has won over 15 first place titles across the Australia Pizza Championships and World Pizza Championships.
