Slice of Sauce

Quick question: Who here asked for slices of dried ketchup? Yeah, just as we thought.

NO-ONE.

So it's a real mystery as to why ketchup slices now exist and why we're being asked to help fund them.

The solid version of our second favourite condiment - we all know barbecue sauce is superior - came about after Bo's Fine Foods co-founder Emily became frustrated at how much food was wasted during the sauce-making process.

So she decided to mix, grind and dry out the leftover vegies from her restaurateur father's barbecue sauce and ta-dah, slices of ketchup were born!

With no preservatives or high fructose corn syrup, Emily's slices are much healthier and don't need to be kept in the fridge, which should solve that age-old debate once and for all.

"Bo's Original Slice of Sauce" is now looking for funding on Kickstarter if you fancy investing in "an individual slice of flavour-packed condiment offering a portable, convenient, clean label experience."

OR you could just stick to your bottle of ketchup. Just saying.
