Rapper, producer, actor, entrepreneur, and now 50 Cent can add accidental millionaire to his resume.

Fiddy, aka Curtis Jackson, was reportedly paid in bitcoin for his 2014 album Animal Ambition, a move that he forgot about until recently.

TMZ reported that he was paid 700 bitcoin for the album, which at the time was valued around a respectable $500,000.

But Fiddy forgot about his bitcoin fortune until January this year, where it is now worth around $9.4million...

The rapper took to Instagram to comment on the discovery.

“Not Bad for a kid from South Side, I’m so proud of me. LOL," he wrote.

He then followed up with a comment confirming that he had completely forgot that he was sitting on a $9.4million fortune.

Not a bad pay day for an album that peaked at 187 in the Billboard charts...
