Absolute Idiot Takes A Running Jump Off A Cliff WITHOUT Looking At What's Underneath

No headline with the words "idiot", "jump off a cliff" and "without looking" is ever going to end well, is it?

But even this video has surpassed our expectations. It's a cracker, really.

The anonymous bloke, whose misfortune was posted to Shook Mansion's Instagram account, seems to have forgotten that age-old advice to always look before you leap.

Instead he took a running jump off a 15-metre cliff without checking what exactly was going on underneath - in this case, a boat full of tourists.

Gnarly.

According to comments under the video, the "lucky bastard only broke his arm", although one follower aptly questioned what the hell the person filming the stunt was doing.

"That's f*cked up!" they wrote. "Pretty sure the dude recording is banging his girl and gave him the OK you're clear to jump!.

"Sh*t doesn't make sense."

Whatever was going on behind-the-scenes, it looks like this guy may have just made a late entry to the Idiot of the Year awards.
