Yes it's true .... sex before you have a snooze can lead to a better night's sleep, according to Aussie researchers.

Dr Michele Lastella, from CQUniversity’s Appleton Institute for Behavioural Science in Adelaide, revealed his local study showed people need to start switching off from their phones and switch on in the bed sheets.

"There’s strong evidence to suggest substituting screen time for play time," Lastella told News Corp

"When you’re engaging in sex, you’re not thinking about what to do the next day, you’re not going through your phones. It distracts you.

"What we found was 64 per cent of our respondents indicated they slept better when sex was with a partner and it involves an orgasm.

"Compared to better sleep for 50 per cent of respondents who’d orgasmed on their own, through masturbation."

So now there's no excuses for some night time delight.
