A few blokes have posted an ad seeking a "generic father figure" to fill the role of a "BBQ dad".
A few housemates over in America are throwing a BBQ in a couple of weeks and posted the ad on Craigslist.
It's Father's Day soon over there, so they're keen to get someone in.
"To interested individuals," they wrote.
"We will be throwing a backyard BBQ on June 17th to celebrate beer and each other. We range in age from 21-26, and while most of us know how to operate a grill, none of us are prepared to fill the role of 'BBQ Dad'.
"That being said, we are in need of a generic father figure from 4PM to about 8PM (though you may stay the full duration of the party)."
They do require a minimum of 18 years experience as a father - a fairly high expectation - and 10 years experience on the BBQ - a more reasonable request.
Whatever you make of this, that's proper dedication to get a BBQ up and going.
