Cops in Noosa are looking for a bloke who they say can help them solve the most egregious case of meatball theft in recent memory.

Post

Queensland police say a man entered a grocery store on Saint Andrews Drive in Tewantin and asked the attendant for a hot meatball sub.

The bloke then went to the back of the store and allegedly stuffed the sanga in his shorts and walked out the door without trying to pay.

Once he got outside, police say, the bloke took the (surely by now sweaty) sub from his shorts and walked away.

A shop attendant who came to confront the man was warned off by him.

If you’re in Queensland and can help point the cops towards this nefarious meatball bandit, please call Policelink on 131 444 or fill in this online form.
