Dave Grohl, Good Bloke, Has Been Cooking Barbies For LA Firefighters Battling Massive Bushfires

Dave Grohl, rock legend and all round top bloke, has been helping out firefighters battling the devastating bushfires in Los Angeles by cooking them barbecues.

Grohl rocked up to Calabasas Fire Station 68 on Monday night, setting up the firies with meat from his new Backbeat BBQ restaurant.

The fire station posted a photo to their Instagram of Grohl helping out.

Ra Diaz, the bassist for Suicidal Tendencies, posted a video of Dave at work on the barbie:

The fires in California have resulted in a state of emergency, with the death toll at 42 and 228 missing.

Several musicians have been caught up in the fires, including Fred Durst, Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers and Kevin Parker from Tame Impala.
