A doctor who examined Roberto Esquivel Cabrera's penis has settled the score, saying it isn't as big as reported.

Cabrera made headlines for claiming to have the world's biggest penis, measuring in at 19 inches long.

He faced accusations of lying from the man with the world's next biggest penis, Jonah Falcon, who said he was stretching the truth.

"The man stretched his foreskin constantly, from what I understand, but it's normal underneath,” he told The Sun.

"I think it's ridiculous and he seems kind of desperate.

"His penis isn't 19 inches...doctors have acknowledged this and said he could have a normal sex life if he is essentially circumcised.”

Those claims were backed up after Cabreba's penis was examined and scanned by radiologist Dr Jesse Pablo Gil Muro.

"What the CT scan showed was that there is a very large foreskin. It goes just before the knee. But the penis itself is about 16cm to 18cm from the pubis," he said.

"So it doesn't go all the way through the foreskin. The rest of the tissue found there is just foreskin, blood vessels, and some inflammation of the skin. He was obsessed with the penis length."

So that settles it...
