Turns out Hawaiian's like to celebrate their continued life hard.

For those not aware, the residents of America's island state received a fairly scary, but ultimately inaccurate message that Hawaii was under an impending ballistic missile attack.

Naturally the text message sent people into a frenzy until it was finally reported that an employee had "hit the wrong the button" and the missile warning was in fact false.

So, how do did the Hawaiian's celebrate their continued existence on earth?

A get together with loved ones? No.

A couple of pints at the local? No.

It turns out a hell of a lot of Hawaiian's said "Aloha" to smut website PornHub.

The website released some statistics from the January 13 - the date of the missile warning - and the site recorded a 48 percent increase on their average traffic level.

In fairness they also recorded a 77 percent decrease in regular activity at the height of the missile warning as well.

Still, turns out Hawaiian's know how to celebrate life...
