The bloke who made headlines when he streaked at Optus Stadium has set up a Go Fund Me to help pay off the fine he copped.

Ben Jenkins of Toodyay in country WA has set up the page to pay off the $5000 fine he was on the receiving end of after bursting on to the field in the 17th over of Australia’s innings last night.

“Hoping the good people of Western Australia can throw a couple bucks my way to help pay my 5000 dollar fine,” Jenkins said on the Go Fund Me page which is nearly halfway to its goal.

Jenkins is apparently a gun footy, having played WAFL colts and reserves footy and starring in a local league for Toodyay according to News Corp.

He showed those skills off yesterday with his time on the pitch, expertly dodging security.
