US Teacher Arrested After Racking Lines Of Cocaine In Classroom

A teacher in the US has been filmed by students racking lines of cocaine in a classroom.

Samantha Cox, an English teacher at Lake Central High School in Indiana, United States, can be seen sitting in the corner of her classroom, forming the white powder into a line before appearing to hoover it up her nose...at 10:30am.

Clearly a video of this nature went viral amongst the school's student population, and Ms Cox was arrested an hour after the video surfaced.

“On November 22, 2017, at approximately 11:30am, the St. John Police were notified by Lake Central School Corporation Administration of a teacher suspected of possessing an illegal narcotic on school property,” the local police department said in a statement.

“This information was brought to the attention of school administration by student witnesses, and school administration immediately notified St. John Police.

“The subsequent investigation lead investigators to arrest 24 year old Samantha Cox, of Northwest Indiana. Cox is currently being held at the Lake County Jail pending charges of Possession of Controlled Substance (a Level 6 Felony) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (a Class C Misdemeanour).”

The school sent an automated notice to parents of an 'incident' involving a teacher which had resulted in 'swift and forceful action', aka Ms Cox was marched off the premises in handcuffs.
