A young ukulele player has paid tribute to the passing of Malcolm Young by producing an epic cover of AC/DC's Thunderstruck.

Uploaded to the Youtube channel Soho, he reveals the impact Malcolm's musical talents had on himself.

"With the news of Malcolm Young's death a few days ago, I've had AC/DC's music on my mind a lot," it said in the discretion of the video.

"So as a tribute, I thought I'd try to play one of their songs. This one is famous for the blistering one-hand showboat riff played by Malcolm's brother, Angus Young, but what really gives the song its drive is Malcolm's rhythm guitar.

"I tried to keep that prominent in my arrangement, as I feel it's what makes the song, and I hope that comes across to you too."
