Central Coast Council invites you to hop on down to The Entrance this Easter long weekend for four days of free activities and live entertainment.

The Entrance will be alive with a wide range of activities to keep the children entertained over the weekend from Friday 30 March to Monday 2 April.

Free music in the Waterfront Plaza will have the whole family entertained with live performances every day from 11am to 3pm.

On Easter Saturday and Sunday, kids will have the chance to meet the Easter Bunny in Memorial Park and receive a free Easter egg.  Be sure to also head over to the Waterfront Plaza, so they can get crafty and make their own Easter egg basket.

To round up the weekend events, Memorial Park will host the Easter Monday Festival from 9am to 3pm including market stalls, entertainment, food stalls, a fun fair and more.

The popular Pelican feeding will also be on from 3.30pm each day along the picturesque waterfront.

Meantime, Central Coast Council Offices and a number of services will close from 5pm Thursday 29 March for the Easter Long Weekend and reopen on Tuesday 3 April 2018, while other essential services and facilities will continue to operate.

Services closing for the duration include the Gosford and Wyong Offices, Libraries, works depots and all Council run child care centres.  All After-Hours return chutes will be open for residents to return library items.

Essential services will continue throughout the closure period including residential waste collection, water treatment and lifeguards will patrol beaches.

All Council run leisure facilities and the Gosford Regional Gallery will be closed on Good Friday only but open the other days with reduced hours including Easter Monday.

Kincumber Transfer Station and Woy Woy and Buttonderry Waste Management Facilities will be closed on Good Friday but will be open the rest of the weekend including Easter Monday.

Council will have its on-call and essential services available as required. For emergencies, please phone 4350 5555 or 4325 8222.
