Cruise for Cancer

Around 100 bikes hit the road heading from Toowoomba to Warwick and return on Sunday all for a great cause.

Riders took to the road for the 16th Annual Cruise for Cancer with 100 plus bikes roaring out of Queen’s Park bound for the Southern Downs.

Joining riders this year was Mayor Paul Antonio who rode pillion on the back of a Harley Davidson for the 200km trek.

The bulk of the money raised from this year’s event will be going to the Olive McMahon Lodge in Toowoomba which helps to care for Cancer patients.

Since its inception the annual event has helped to raise over a quarter of a million dollars.
