Battle Of The Hair: Michael Bolton Vs Spida Everitt

Who wore it better?

As we celebrate the announcement of Michael Bolton bringing his SYMPHONY TOUR to the Gold Coast in June, we also take this opportunity to recognise his award-winning hair. Oh that luscious, lucscious, hair...

So smooth and shiny...

Bolton was an A-list celebrity with a household name that saw him reap the benefits of around 30 million album sales featuring hit after hit songs like "When a man loves a woman" and "Said I loved you... but I lied".

But the grammy award winning singer became best known for his long mane of golden curls, that also landed him the title as "Sexiest Man Alive" in Peoples Magazine.

But in 1997, Bolton did the unthinkable. The unforgivable. The uncomprehensible decision. He cut it all off.

Oh the humanity!

But looking back at this big part of history, it springs to mind another case of lost-locks - Our very own Gold FM breakfast show host Spida Everitt.

Where did it all go?

Although he hasn't been named "Sexiest man alive" or awarded a grammy, Spida has had an impressive history with hair styles, changing his look and locks almost year after year.

So indecisive!

Who do you think wore the locks better? Bolton or Everitt?

While you contemplate, click here to book your tickets to Michael Bolton Symphony Tour at The Star in Broadbeach on Thursday June 14.

While Bolton may have a little less hair nowadays, one thing is for sure: the greatest hits haven't changed. The award-winning singer, songwriter and social activist will be touring around Australia and New Zealand with a full orchestra in toe, as he takes fans on a musical journey through the ages.
