Calling all BBQ lovers! The BBQ Pitmaster Carnival is on this weekend!

Consider yourself a BBQ master? Or, do you just want to learn all you can to know how to smoke meat to perfection? Whatever it is, you have to head to the BBQ Pitmaster Carnival at Buffalo Sears this Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 October!

Sunday 15 October

1pm - How to smoke chicken poppers
2pm - How to smoke beef
3pm - How to smoke kranskys (piggies in blankets)
4pm - How to make wood smoked pizzas
