This is a match made in heaven.
Our local foodie favorite, The Collective, has teamed up with the legends at Balter Brewery Company to give you an afternoon of beers, quality food and incredible sunsets!
This Sunday, the pair will host ‘Better with Balter’ at The Collective in Palm Beach.
For those not familiar with the popular Balter brew, it’s made up of 6 local blokes who enjoyed an ice cold beverage so much, that they conjured up a product to wet the whistle of beer enthusiasts everywhere.
And it's made right in our backyard!

The masterminds behind the beer say it’s more than just a drink:

And of course, their partner in crime, The Collective, a two-story foodie marketplace collaborating some of our favorite local food haunts - Luckies Diner, The Italian Job and Mexican food gods Calavera Cantina.
Your $89 ticket to beer paradise, will get you more than just entry: 6 rounds of beer, paired with some quality food from The Collective’s 5 different restaurants. All washed down with the sunset view from the rooftop bar (You can have that for free...).
But don’t get too woozy, because 5 people will walk away with FREE BEER FOR A YEAR - That’s 24 cases - just by playing a simple childhood game of heads or tails.
