Known as 'The Unicorn' - the popular ice cream is 8 flavours of premium soft serve, in a handmade cronut cone made up of 64 layers of danish pastry.
Not to mention, it's picture perfect.
Available in Kombi Lane, at Eat Street markets in Brisbane, the dessert it taking over social media feeds everywhere.
It was introduced to the menu, after the success of many other flavours including the Chocolate Gaytime.
The colourful and mystical creation is worth the drive up the M1, if only just for the photo...
