Rotary Club of Boulder Set for HUGE Milestone

The 2017 Triple M Rotary of Boulder Radio Auction - which is all online is not far from launching. Since 1986, 6KG - Then RadioWest and now Triple M have combined with the Rotary of Boulder to raise funds for local beneficiaries. It started as a new way for the club to raise funds after they were sick of cutting wood for pensioners. The first Auction raised around $11,000 and took place by having bid placed over the phone during a live radio program. 

All funds raised from the radio/online auction have gone to the community since the first one for Tinetti Lodge. In 2017 times and ways have changed and now the whole auction is online. The amount raised from the Auctions in 32 years is nearing a HUGE $2 Million back into the Local Community.

The Launch takes place from 7pm on Friday October 6 2017 with a fun way to start proceedings. There is plenty to auction off including a Golf Ball signed by one of the World Leaders!!

Tickets are $25 and available from Boulder Post Office, Lakes Electrical and Golden City Motors.  District Governor Bruce Lynch is excited about the event and caught up with Glenney on Triple M.
