This will be a hands on and informative workshop covering why healthy gut function and a balanced microbiome are vital for our overall physical, emotional and mental health & wellbeing.
Demonstrations on how to make your own lacto -fermented veggies, beet kvass, including a hands-on session making your own sauerkraut to take home, plus samples of each to taste.
After lunch you will be taught how to brew your own fizzy, delicious kombucha and each participant will get a kombucha starter kit to take home.
Morning tea and lunch kindly provided by the Wickepin Community Resource Centre.
