Bunbury’s big summer of events kicks off on Saturday with the Victoria Street Artisan Fayre invigorating the CBD with quality products, street food and entertainment.

Run by Whatson Events SW, the Artisan Fayre is part of the City of Bunbury-supported CBD Summer Events program that is aimed at creating vibrancy and diversity in the city centre.

This is the second year the Artisan Fayre has been held, and it will once again feature amazing artisans, creatives and designers from throughout the South West, who will combine with food stalls and entertainers including buskers, performers and talent groups to form a family-friendly experience.

The event will involve the closure of Victoria Street between Clifton and Wollaston streets between 3pm and 9pm.

The Artisan Fayre is just one of three events in the CBD on Saturday, with the Bunbury Markets at Queen’s Gardens running between 8am and 1pm and Food Truck Fiesta 5 tempting the tastebuds at Bicentennial Square from 3pm to 8pm.

Saturday also marks the first of our Bunbury Summer Jams, which will see street performers located throughout the CBD and Marlston Waterfront to entertain visitors as they make their way through the City’s streets.

Four Summer Jams will be held throughout summer from 11am to 2pm on the same Saturdays as the Bunbury Markets; 2 and 16 December and 6 and 20 January.

The Artisan Fayre is one of three Victoria Street events being held over the warmer months. The Bunbury Fringe Fest will take off from 16-24 February and the Bunbury Food and Wine Festival, which is the second leg of the Summer Events program, hits the streets on 31 March.
