Young people in the South West of WA will have the opportunity to be part of the first Change Makers Festival to be held at BREC (Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre) on Saturday 14th April.

The Change Makers Festival is the first of its kind in Western Australia and is an opportunity for young innovators, aged between 15 and 25, to be part of a unique event aimed at helping them take an idea from seed to fruition.

The half-day conference is free for young people to attend which was made possible with the Australian Government’s Building Better Regions Fund, as well as generous support from the South West Commission, The Department of Local Government and Community and the City of Bunbury.

The conference will be headlined by keynote speaker, Simon Griffiths, CEO from Melbourne start-up, Who Gives a Crap, as well as sessions by young entrepreneurs Jordan Gianfrancesco, Sash Milne, Kelsie Miller and Andrew Frazer.
