New Zealand's crowd catching competition finally has a winner, with one Kiwi bloke netting himself $50,000 this morning.
The Tui Catch A Million competition needs a crowd member to catch a six one-handed while wearing the competition's t-shirt.
It's seen a bunch of high-flying and desperate attempts - even prompting concerns over crowd safety - and the odd sitter go down.
The competition was finally won this morning when Kiwi opener Martin Guptill flicked a six off his pads, with one Kiwi bloke plucking the one-hander just near the fence.
It saw a big ovation from the crowd and even Guptill, who gave the man a round of applause from the middle.
Super effort!
