Australian Cricket Head Coach Justin Langer has spoken about what he stands for as a leader, telling Triple M's Luke Darcy his goal and the goal shared by all the Aussie team is "to make Australians proud".

Speaking on Darc's new podcast 'Empowering Leaders', JL said after "sandpapergate' he and the team shared a vision to make the country get back around them and he feels it is his role to "develop great cricketers and great people."
